The Austal whistleblower hotline is an independent service run by STOPline that gives you the opportunity to report misconduct and other serious workplace issues, such as theft, fraud and breaches of policies.  If you have a specific enquiry or issue that does not relate to misconduct or a workplace issue, please contact the relevant manager of the department your issues relates to.

Maintaining our commitment to the Austal Code of Conduct is an important step in working towards achieving our vision, mission and business objectives. At Austal we have a whistleblower program that empowers you to play an active role in the elimination of improper conduct in the workplace. This program now provides access to STOPline, a confidential, independent provider of whistleblowing services who will take full details of your concerns via telephone, mail, email, fax or this website. It is also important to remember our program enables individuals to maintain anonymity should they so desire. STOPline is available to all Austal employees, contractors or stakeholders and translation services can be provided if requested. As well as the disclosure process, the website provides access to our Code of Conduct, Whistleblower Policy and answers to some of the most frequently asked questions for your reference. I believe that good corporate governance has the capacity to differentiate us from our competitors and enhance our reputation in the eyes of our clients and this website is just another example of Austal’s commitment to best practice.
